Location. Melbourne Harbor Condominiums are located on the east side of historic downtown Melbourne, Fla. three miles from the Melbourne International Airport overlooking the Indian River and Crane Creek. Cape Canaveral is across the river, twenty miles to the north. The condos enjoy a central Space Coast location, with access to many eastern and central Florida attractions and beaches. Many downtown shops and restaurants are within blocks of the property.
Hotel Features. Each morning guests are provided with a complimentary continental breakfast and newspapers. There is a heated pool on site, and the picnic area has barbeque grills for outdoor grilling and recreation. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas, and there is a video library for guest use. The front desk staff is available 24-hours and there is a microwave oven and coffee available in the lobby.
Guestrooms. Each of the one-bedroom condos has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, cookware and utensils. Balconies offer views of the harbor, and the windows open to allow for natural air flow. Other amenities include big screen televisions with cable and DVD players.
Expert Tip. Space Coast Stadium is home to the Brevard County Manatees, but during spring training the facilities serve as the stomping grounds for the Washington Nationals. Originally constructed to be the Florida Marlins spring training facility, the stadium is only 15 miles from downtown Melbourne.

Driving Directions
1209 East New Haven Avenue, Melbourne, Fla.
From Melbourne International Airport:
Make a left turn out of the airport.
Go straight to US 1 and take a right turn.
Go straight to East Newhaven and turn left.
The first drive on the right is the entrance to the property, a four-story building with a lighthouse.
From Orlando International Airport:
Exit the airport and continue on Airport Boulevard East.
Take the SR-528 Toll East ramp towards Cocoa/Kennedy Space Center.
Merge onto SR-528 East.
Take the Interstate 95 South exit towards Miami.
Take the US-192 exit towards International Airport/Melbourne/West Melbourne, Exit #180.
Turn left on US-192.
Continue on West New Haven Avenue for approximately five miles.
West New Haven Avenue will become East New Haven Avenue.
Travel for approximately one mile to the property. |
